2023 Dates and Rates

May 1st - October 15th Rates:

​

 

-Willow Cabin’s rate is $500 per night, with a two night minimum stay.

 

-Cottonwood Cabin’s rate is $500 per night, with a two night minimum stay.

 

-Rustic Cabin’s rate is $600 per night, with a two night minimum stay.

​

 

*Added to the rate amount will be the 8% Montana Lodging Tax, and a $100 cleaning fee per cabin reservation.

October 16th - April 30th:

​

​

-Willow Cabin’s rate is $400 per night, with a two night minimum stay.

​

-Cottonwood Cabin’s rate is $400 per night, with a two night minimum stay.

 

-Rustic Cabin’s rate is $500 per night, with a two night minimum stay.

 

*Added to the rate amount will be the 8% Montana Lodging Tax, and a $100 cleaning fee per cabin reservation.

DEPOSITS AND POLICIES

​

· Two night minimum stay required.

· $100.00 cleaning fee on all stays.

· Check-in 4PM, Check-out 11AM.

· To confirm your reservation, we ask for a 50% deposit of your total reservation amount.

· The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.

· If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, we will refund your deposit, less a transaction fee that is 10% of the total reserved stay.

· If you must cancel fewer than 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.

· Within 30 days prior to your arrival, no rate adjustments will be made for cancellation of a portion of the reserved stay, reduction in size of party, or shortening the length of stay.

· No Pets allowed.

· No Tents or RVs allowed.

· Each cabin has a maximum of six people allowed in the cabin and on the property.
